Air Namibia the National Airline of Namibia has now joined ARC and this takes effect on the November 18 th, 2007.
Air Namibia is looking forward to working with those agents that have supported us over the past several years and to new agents that can now e-ticket through the GDS and transact via ARC.
Air Namibia serves Windhoek “WDH” the capital of Namibia from London Gatwick three times a week and from Frankfurt 4 times a week all non-stop.
Starting January 20 th, Air Namibia will change its schedule flying 5 times a week non-stop Frankfurt and revert to 2 times a week non-stop ex LondonGatwick
In addition from Windhoek Air Namibia connects to Johannesburg & Cape Town in South Africa, Maun in Botswana, Luanda in Angola & Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Domestically, Air Namibia serves Katima Mulilo, Ondangwa, Walvis Bay, Luderitz and Oranjemund.
Airbus A340-300 in a two class configuration serves the European routes and Boeing ‘B737” the intra –African destinations.
